My family and I stayed at the same time last year. You cannot beat the location. Located right on the beach. The place is very nice and clean. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooked the beach and the gulf. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, etc. The parking is great. Sunny was very responsive (within a few minutes) We will definitely be staying in the future.

We stayed at Sunny’s place with another couple for three nights. It was perfect! The beds were super comfortable, the VIEW was AMAZING and the location was absolutely perfect. The beach is at your fingertips and you can watch the sunrises and sunsets from inside or right from his deck. We would definitely stay there again. Sunny was super responsive and very pleasant.

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. The back deck is literally a few steps away from the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The house was extremely cozy with plenty of room for our family. The mattresses in both rooms were tempur pedic and slept amazing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
