Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was beautiful and the views were incredible. the beach house was clean and cozy with everything that would make you feel at home away from home. Sunny was very responsive and clear with instructions . Will be returning with the family in the future!

Sunny’s placed was exactly what we needed. My husband and I stayed during Valentines Weekend and enjoyed every moment of being there. Absolutely loved the beach being right in the backyard. So peaceful and relaxing! Plus this location is like five minutes or so from Walmart, Pizza Hut, and attractions!!! The townhouse was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. We look forward to staying there again when the weather is warmer to truly enjoy the beach.

We love this place! It an amazing location with personal access to the beach. It was perfect for my mom and toddler daughter who were able to go back to the house whenever they were tired. When we came there was a possible hurricane coming in and with no experiences with tropical storms or hurricanes, Sunny was beyond helpful and responsive as everything unfolded. My family and I were grateful to have such an amazing host. We will definitely be booking with Sunny again!

This place is absolutely perfect! We stayed here for a full week and we couldn’t have picked a better place. There are so many things to do close by. This place was super clean and cozy! It walks straight out on to the beach and has a beautiful spacious porch. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

Sunny was a great host! We had a little hiccup with the key code when we first arrived, but Sunny promptly fixed it. The townhouse was beautiful and the location was amazing! You can’t beat walking out onto the sand off your back deck. We will definitely be back again.

Sunny was such a delight to work with as we booked our family vacation. This beach rental is a MUST! It’s located in prime location , beach right in the backyard, very clean and very peaceful. We will definitely be back to rent this home again next summer! Could not have asked for a better host! Always responsive and even checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Thank you so much Sunny for allowing us to stay at your beach house! It was exactly what my family and I needed for the 5 days we were there!

There is no price being on the beach vs even 1 block away. If you want to be a beach bum and just relax with the family, this is the place. I thought I needed a break, but didn’t know I needed a break that bad - if I rented another place, I would have never known! Sunny was extremely responsive and great host. The location is close to some awesome restaurants that are literally 5-10 minutes walk. You can’t beat this place.
